System control module
This module is the central controller of Trescon, which consists of a high-performance microprocessor, a large-sized chart display screen, an operation control panel, and various input/output interfaces. The signals transmitted from the analysis module are processed by the main controller and displayed on the screen in a simple and understandable format, including test results, calibration records, historical data, system recorders, etc. The controller designed with intelligence can automatically recognize newly installed analysis modules. If replacing an old analysis module, the parameters related to the old module can be automatically uploaded without the need for manual re-entry, which is very convenient.


Analysis module
The functions of each analysis module are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other. A maximum of 3 analysis modules can be combined arbitrarily, and 3 different parameters of the same test point can be tested, as well as the same or different parameters of 3 different test points. The system can automatically recognize newly installed analysis modules.

Even untrained personnel can easily complete it because the module is plug and play. Just align it with the slot and install it. Then connect the colored marked hose and restart the analysis system.


System installation
The standard configuration is a wall mounted stainless steel installation bracket, with power components pre installed on the bracket.

Testing principle
The total phosphorus module is divided into two parts, the first part isHigh temperature chemical digestion moduleUsed to heat and digest the sample, the second part isAnalysis moduleUsed to test phosphate concentration.
During the digestion process, all valence states of phosphorus compounds are converted into orthophosphate that can be analyzed by photometry. The reaction is based on the oxidation of other valence states of phosphorus to orthophosphate under acidic conditions, namely PO43-. High temperature and high pressure conditions can greatly shorten the digestion time.
AdoptingMolybdenum blue colorimetric methodTest the concentration of orthophosphate: Add molybdate to the sample, react chemically to make the sample blue, sense the color change with a photometer, and then convert it to concentration. The entire process is carried out in an orderly manner under the control of the controller, thus ensuring high operational safety.

System Overview
The new generation Trescon Total Phosphorus (TP) analysis module can continuously monitor the total phosphorus content of various water bodies online.
The system consists of two modules, including a high-temperature chemical digestion module and a photometer analysis module, which can achieve fast and complete testing. Like other modules, it has AutoClean and AutoCal functions, ensuring maintenance savings and continuous reliable operation. As long as Trescon has two empty slots, the total phosphorus analysis module can be installed.

Testing principle
The online ammonia nitrogen testing adopts the principle of ammonia sensing electrode sensing. Add NaOH solution to the sample, mix thoroughly, and adjust the pH value of the sample to>12. At this point, all ammonium ions are converted into gaseous NH3. In addition, add chelating agents such as EDTA to adjust the sample and prevent the formation of calcium salt precipitation.
The free ammonia gas passes through a semi permeable membrane (made of Teflon) and enters the interior of the ammonia sensing electrode to participate in chemical reactions, changing the pH value of the electrolyte inside the electrode. The change in pH value is linearly related to the concentration of NH3, which is sensed by the electrode and converted into the concentration of NH4-N by the host.
